La Casita Anica in El Sargento is a remote space, special for relaxation, to watch the stars and with the best views. Built with architectural details that blend with its surroundings, as well as using artisan techniques that will make you feel in a special place. The space has a selection of handmade furniture and details.
Located in the middle of a nature reserve, and a short distance from El Sargento and La Ventana, it is a sustainable construction with minimal impact on the environment.
The months of June to September are extremely hot. Be mindful that, due to its ecological nature, Casita Anica in El Sargento has a solar chimney (extracts heat and promotes natural ventilation) and fans. But we don’t have air conditioning, so temperatures can be high for some guests.
A space of great architecture, specially designed for comfort. Besides that, it has custom-designed furniture and cozy spaces to enjoy with family or friends. Our tiny house is located in a nature reserve where there are hardly any neighbors. It is off the grid, so you can enjoy an authentic natural experience.
Rooms with beautiful sea and desert views
The main room has a comfortable memory foam bed and a small closet to accommodate your belongings. The dining room has a sofa bed to extend the sleeping space.
The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a breakfast with the best views of the bay, or a dinner on the deck accompanied by the stars.
Sustainability in Casita Anica
The house is designed with the environment in mind, so we do not have air conditioning, however, we do have 2 fans. The construction is insulating and it was designed with a solar chimney to maintain pleasant temperatures throughout the day.
We have 10MB speed 4G internet for basic tasks.
Nature surrounds our casita, which means that on occasion and despite our best efforts, bugs and desert mouses may wander inside. This happens especially if doors or windows are open.
If you are not comfortable with nature, this space is not for you.
