Our intimate Boutique Hotel offers a selection of 10 inviting rooms, including 3 panoramic Ocean Suites, 3 charming bungalows, and 4 uniquely designed Hobbit Suites. With a maximum capacity of only 24 guests, you’re guaranteed a serene and exclusive experience.
Each room boasts a private terrace or deck that opens up to breathtaking ocean vistas, providing the perfect vantage point to observe majestic whales and vibrant desert birds in their natural habitat.
Sustainability in the White Lodge
As pioneers in sustainable building, we’ve harnessed the power of local resources. Our unique straw clay construction, employing three distinct techniques, showcases our dedication to innovation. And true to our ethos, we’re completely off-the-grid, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to minimizing our impact.
The White Lodge is more than a retreat – it’s a gateway to extraordinary experiences. Witness the awe-inspiring sight of whales swimming just off our shores from November to March. For us, this connection with nature is profound, especially with the whales, which hold a special place in our hearts.
Our sustainability journey is ongoing. Composting is on our horizon, along with plans to desalinate water, further enhancing our commitment to giving back. Currently, our water is treated using biodigesters before being returned to the land.
